Job Summary and Scope of Responsibilities


  • Handling administrative requests from Senior management
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and calendar entry
  • Planning meetings and handling minutes of meeting
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Answer calls and act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in preparation of regular reports

Minimum Educational, Technical Qualifications/Certifications Required

  • High school or Diploma or qualification in Admin Assistant or secretary
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Microsoft, etc)
  • Excellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with ability to multitask
  • Attention to details and problem solving
  • Excellent management skills and ability to prioritize work
